Great prices. OK service. My order shipped 5/6 days after placing my order...Granted 2 of those days were weekend days. I asked were it was shipping from and was told Illinois. Turns out it's coming from Cali. They did bump my order up to ship UPS 2day. Nice!

Don't see where my coupon code took off 10%. Also did not receive a second email with tracking info. First e-mail said we would receive a tracking number in next email.

The price is right but shipping cost is high. I bought a transmission seal for $12.91 and shipping was $13.31. The box it shipped in was about 10 times bigger than the part itself. Reduce the box and reduce my shipping cost please ! Else than that the part was in good condition, it was packed right and shipping time was reasonable.
