Just easy and great delivery process needs great improvement. Way to long from the time you order until warehouse ships Very slow updates on shipping status. Please call 989-928-1662

Ordered a set of 5 steel wheels, distributor messed up and only sent me 4. 5th wheel is taking a good couple weeks to arrive due to the distributor messing up the shipment. Autoplicity did make things right and I can honestly say now I would recommend them.

Autoplicity.com contacted me after my original review and admitted to making a mistake with my order. They have refunded my shipping and I am happy now.

After 18 days the part finally arrived. The filter appears to have been sent directly from K&N, but I ordered on the 20th of June, yet the packing date that K&N Engineering Inc. shows is July 3rd.
