I ordered these tires for my sons truck and then received an email stating that they couldn't fulfill the order. I then emailed them with my concern and they apologized and more or less said they would check it out. Before anyone got back with me about my refund I received an emailed that the tires were being delivered. Then the delivery truck was in my driveway with my purchase a day earlier than I was originally expected. I was very excited because the tires were a Christmas gift. Santa pulled this one off!! Could have better pictures, that show the whole item, lid included, as well as a picture of the back, with usage instructions, etc., so that those of us who know nothing of guns or gun products, and are getting this item as a gift for someone who does, can be sure to get a more thorough idea of what they're buying.

These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

Good products at a good price!<br>Never bought from them before, so I used Google Checkout, I always get nervous about buying from a new online store, but they came through just fine.<br>Shipping was a little expensive for the product I purchased and the shipping time, but was still cheaper than most anywhere else.<br>$12 to ship an automotive gauge [>2 lbs] and it was a 5 day ship.<br>Otherwise, a very good experience, B+ to A- just because of shipping cost/time.
