This is our second order from Autoplicity. The first one didn't go so well due to a mix up with the Sparco seat pricing. Though I was starting to question our decision to order from them after several emails and phone calls and online chats, they came through in the end. These guys earned our second order by honoring the price they had listed and then calling to follow up when our race seat was shipped. Since this group was able turn our bad experience into a positive one we made our second order and, so far, it looks like they are again getting us what we want at the best price we can find. We are happy to recommend Autoplicty and plan on using them for future orders. There is one specific thing we would recommend, change the quality and volume of the hold music on the 800 #. I pieced a roof rack setup from all over the internet, and Autoplicity consistently beat every other vendor on price and shipping, even most auctions on eBay!<br>I found the site confusing when searching for items directly (why was the "Roof Racks & Cargo Carriers" dropdown empty, when Google showed their ads for tons of these products?). Since they always came up at the top of a Google Shopping search for products, using their website's internal navigation wasn't ever necessary.<br>Customer service guy was a little snippy, but I could have just been interrupting his lunch.

first order fast shipping and great fit

This was my first order with Autoplicity and I am very happy. They had the lowest price on-line that I found. Communication was great and shipping was very fast. I ordered late on Thursday and it was at my house the following Tuesday, and I didn't pay for rush shipping. I got exactly what I expected. Will do business with these guys again.
