I had been working with a salesman to purchase an exhaust. In the midst of this, something happened and the price went up. After relaying this to the salesman, he agreed to honor it at the first price. That shows a lot of character for a company that wants to please it's customers! Would definitely buy from them again!

I ordered a water pump from them and that Amazon was advertising as a Chrome pump. When I discovered it was not chrome, I asked to cancel the order which was prior to shipping notification. I was told by customer service it had already been sent and I would have to wait until the item was sent for a return to be processed. The return was sent back and all money was credited to my account as promised.

Website is pretty easy to use. Good product selection. By far the best price for a lot of items. My Bilstens were at least 10% cheaper at Autoplicity than any other websites (rockauto, amazon, partsgeek, 4wheel, etc, etc). Shipping is reasonable. Great experience.
