The unique cross-drilling and slotting aids with heat and brake dust dispersal; prevents glazing of the pads; adds bite and improves wet and dry braking performance. Built to last; the black e-coating provides protection from corrosion and the high carbon metallurgy (in most applications) offers quieter operation; better crack resistance and increased performance.

My order had a delay. I believe this was due to the fact that it was shipping from the manufacturer so I can't really blame Autoplicity. The customer service team did not originally respond to my first e-mail, but they did respond to me once I opened a dispute in PayPal and the issue was resolved. I couldn't find a better price on the part I ordered though (or anything remotely near that price for that matter).

Overall very good, fast service. Will shop there again.
