I was looking around for a specific set of springs for my car for a good deal. I finally stumbled upon Autoplicity and found my lowest price. I called in to get more information about my order and the customer service was reliable and friendly. I will definitely do business with this site again. I would also like to say that my order was out of stock a day before I ordered. Even so, my springs will be here shortly.

They are going to charge me a restocking fee of 15% Even when my product did not fall under their conditions. This is crap. False advertisement. I was ok with paying all the extra shipping fees which will be about the amount of the product when it was all said and done. So mad don't think I'm gonna mess with this company anymore. They don't practice what they preach. Beware :(<br>3/20/2012<br>OK, Update number 3.<br>Received E-mail today saying that Autoplicity would now Not Charge Me a 15% restocking fee and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I was told it would ship within 48 hours, when I called they told it was 24 business hours.. I think that they think we are morons... Price of items and chipping was really good.. Hope I get my stuff quickly..
