Ordered the product on a Friday at about 11am, the product arrived the following Monday at noon from PA, to KS! The shipping was free, no sales tax, and the product was $65.00 less expensive here. Called customer service prior to ordering to verify a couple of things before ordering, and the experience was excellent! Just order the 1108 turn over ball for 2010 Super Duty and received it within (5) days. Just can't wait to put it on and start pulling the trailer with my new diessel.

Lowest prices around the web and excellent customer service. The only real issue was the wait between placing the order and when it was shipped. Took 4 days but I chalk that up to the large amount of business they due to their prices being so competitive. For the lowest prices that I've seen I didn't mind waiting a bit longer!
