Order shipped without delay and Autoplicity had the best price. One of the problems was I did not get order confirmation email or could not get the order details in my account. Unfortunately, I registered after placing the order because the process was not that straight forward. They could not get my order details into the account. The tracking email was received little late. I wish they improve the system to add orders to the account and display the order progress.

Website was easy to navagate and found just what I needed. By far the best price online with low shipping rates. Shipment arrived just two days after ordering. Will be ordering from Autoplicity again in the near future. Very pleased, Thanks!

Good price on my THU-A90275. Had to contact customer service...they were professional and eventually resolved my concern. Called over the phone and the guy told me he couldn't help me with a coupon/refund, but that I had to contact support via email (I guess the phone support and email support aren't one and the same). It took a couple emails, but eventually they refunded me what was due.
