Ordered my B&W TurnoverBall ( lowest price) hitch around 2:30 pm on a Tuesday. It was delivered to my house around 4:00 pm the follwing day.

Took quite a bit longer then i'm used to process my order then other places i use. Also never sent me a shipping notice or tracking number, what i ordered just randomly showed up 2 weeks later.

The LOWEST price anywhere I could find locally and on the web. easy ordering and fast shipment, even arrived 3 days prior to what was expected.

I got a cargo box from autoplicity. As far as online purchases go to delivery, everything went perfectly. The only comment I have for Autoplicity would be to send out a confirmation email when the purchase is first made. The first communication wasn't until 3 days after I made the purchase.
