As reported to Dawn in Customer Service: [1] Fedex bungled the delivery, letting the package sit for 3 rainy days outdoors in an unused area of the property and [2] the mufffler had a 1.5" inward dent. I provided 4 pictures and a full account of the 2 issues and asked for a cordial settlement in the form of an unspecified refund proportionate with those issues. Instead, I received an near-full refund. I was so impressed, I called and thanked Dawn for the exemplary handling of the matter. I gave a technical 3-star rating in regard to the product's condition. I ordered the Keep It Clean Wiring 54909 1970 Dodge Super Bee Led Tail Light Kit.The product was not described fully in the ad. I feel it was misleading as there was no mention of this being a bunch of parts that required soldering.I have no soldering skills and i don't want to risk destroying a product I paid $142.00 to buy.Had I been informed of the do it yourself status of this kit,I would never have purchased it. $30.00 worth of led bulbs from a local parts store would give me the same amount of lighting.I will be returning this item for a refund and since I'm pretty sure they will charge me a restocking fee for an item that was misrepresented,I doubt that I will be doing business with Autoplicity in the future.
