The manifold gasket was damaged upon arrival due to shifting of the iron manifold. The were placed into a cardboard box together without any packing material. I don't think it was Autoplicity's fault. I think it was the manufacture of the manifold since it was in their branded box.

one of the wiper refills was the correct one but the other was not. Called customer service and they immediately resolved the issue.
