I ordered a component from another online retailer who showed parts "in stock" only to see my status as "sent to warehouse" and it was weeks. Autoplicity was plenty cheaper than competitors for the springs I needed. I was shopping around and left the website after beginning a transaction and they sent me a coupon for 25% off shipping if I would return and purchase from them, which was cool. Unfortunately the coupon code didn't change the price and I didn't receive 25% off, but it was still cheaper than others.

excellent company with great prices and even better customer service. my order arrived, and too my surprise i found that it was not the product i had ordered. the customer service was prompt and i was informed that unknown to autoplicity, the product i ordered was discontinued by the manufacturer and what i recieved was their replacement. this was all unknown to autoplicity and they apoligized sincerely and have rectified the issue very much to my satifaction. the product itself arrived in perfect condition and meets or exceeds my expectations. i will look forward to shopping with autoplicity again due to their great prices and excellent customer service.
