They are going to charge me a restocking fee of 15% Even when my product did not fall under their conditions. This is crap. False advertisement. I was ok with paying all the extra shipping fees which will be about the amount of the product when it was all said and done. So mad don't think I'm gonna mess with this company anymore. They don't practice what they preach. Had to call technical service for a question. Hold time was very long but once connected the technician was friendly and helpful.

So far so good! Just ordered the parts I needed for my car which I've been trying to find EVERYWHERE without success, until I arrived at autoplicity. Great price, and with a lifetime warranty I'm assuming great quality. I have faith that when the product arrives I will be highly satisfied.
