There were some communication issues at the beginning. Some confusion about order numbers and shipping led to a couple days of going back and forth with them. In the end, they made every effort to make sure I was satisfied and that my order was complete and correct. Extremely cheap price, I bet I saved almost $100 on 4 EBC rotors. My only complaint is it took almost 2 weeks for shipping, but it did ship directly from the manufacturer so I can't say that's entirely the fault of Autoplicity.<br><br>Order #28295 on 08/26/2012

The shipping was fast and the customer service was great. I accidentally hit submit twice, and they promptly cancelled my accidental order. If you have any problems, just call!
