I did get the order and it was on time . how ever it was not what I need .I did not order the right thing and I send it back . they was very helpful and I was happy with them .

Am happy with price, lower than anywhere else. Product is perfect and shipping was fast. Had to call because website was down while price increases were uploaded, cost an extra $20 but still worth the savings. Would definitely buy from again.

Ordering was very easy and product was delivered within a week. I ordered a battery and it was received in good condition and works. I would recommend autoplicity to others.

I had been working with a salesman to purchase an exhaust. In the midst of this, something happened and the price went up. After relaying this to the salesman, he agreed to honor it at the first price. That shows a lot of character for a company that wants to please it's customers! Would definitely buy from them again!

yes happy after a good customer serice helped with a price adjustment to my order. they did have good prices on most things, but it took some work to find the lowest price, so you do need to be a smart shopper.

Best price that I could find. It was real easy to order. Placed order on wed received it on Friday, doesn't get much better than that. Product looks great! <br>3/16/2012<br>Ok, product was to big for my setup needed to exchange for smaller product. They are going to charge me a restocking fee of 15% Even when my product did not fall under their conditions. This is crap. False advertisement. I was ok with paying all the extra shipping fees which will be about the amount of the product when it was all said and done. So mad don't think I'm gonna mess with this company anymore. They don't practice what they preach. Beware :(<br>3/20/2012<br>OK, Update number 3.<br>Received E-mail today saying that Autoplicity would now Not Charge Me a 15% restocking fee and they were sorry for the inconvenience.
