There were some communication issues at the beginning. Some confusion about order numbers and shipping led to a couple days of going back and forth with them. In the end, they made every effort to make sure I was satisfied and that my order was complete and correct. Extremely cheap price, I bet I saved almost $100 on 4 EBC rotors. My only complaint is it took almost 2 weeks for shipping, but it did ship directly from the manufacturer so I can't say that's entirely the fault of Autoplicity.<br><br>Order #28295 on 08/26/2012

What a selection of items for your vehicle. When I called to confirm this company could actually ship an item others couldn't. Parts were available at the right price shipped quickly from one of there many warehouses.(not to mention the professional service from person who answered call) No waiting for this etailer. RECOMMENDED!Buy from tnis company!

Good communication, very slow shipping. Placed my order on 3/8/12 it didn't even ship until 3/20/12. Then another 4 to 5 days after that for it to arrive.
