I haven't received my parts yet, but they just notified me that the order has been shipped. I think this is very fast service. Their online ordering system was very easy to use. And best of all, they had the lowest prices on the items I ordered. Even the shipping charge was less than some other companies. So far, I am very satisfied with Autoplicity, and I will certainly check their Website the next time I'm looking for parts.

Only downside is I couldn't use multiple coupons - one for shipping discount and another for 10% off.

Ordered a Thule hitch and was a little skeptical because I hadn't heard of this company. I was pleasantly surprised by the quickness of response when I ordered, I received an email immediately, and the order arrived just 2 days after it was ordered. This company goes to the top of my list.
