services good, the parts I found through Amazon on your site were the wrong size. when I tried to re order through your site could not find them and had to call you customer service which was great

Some parts have very limited information such as left or right or if ball joint is included and so on, other than that the prices and shipping seem fair and the web site is easy to navigate. Thanks Dave

This was my first order with Autoplicity. Their prices were great, and the ordering process very easy. I was a little frustrated at first, as the order didn't arrive as expected. When I called, it took a little work, but I finally got the info that it was shipping from the manufacturer, and did get the tracking info. The parts arrived when tracking said it should. Would I place another order with Autoplicity? Short answer is yes!
