The only flaw was that the search engine didn't find my tool. Had to look it up on Google and type in the part number. But still, fast and easy.

A piece I ordered arrived broken (in transit from rough handling by UPS). I called customer service and a replacement part was at my door THE VERY NEXT DAY !!! I didn't think that rapid of a response was even possible. You have the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with. Your price and shipping on what I purchased was also good. 5 or more stars on my entire experience.

Nice Store. Best price on the product I was looking for. Received my item within a week. But online order status wasn't updated until the day I received the item. I was ready to call the store to find out if something is wrong with my order. This part could be improved. Otherwise I'm happy and definitely be back in the future.

Autoplicity had the lowest listing price for a part which I had done extensive research. To make the deal much sweeter, free shipping! On top of that, part was delivered in only a few days! Really, there was no reason NOT to order from them. Great prices and fast response are the reasons why I look forward to continued business with Autoplicity.
