The ordering process was easy and the price of the product was fair. I was; however, disappointed with one thing. I received an email from Autoplicity for 25% off shipping but it would not work when I was checking out. I called the customer service number and the gentleman was not helpful at all.

I like that you actually stock the items that you're selling. Most vendors appear to leave customers at the mercy of distributors or manufacturers without warning.
