Nice Store. Best price on the product I was looking for. Received my item within a week. But online order status wasn't updated until the day I received the item. I was ready to call the store to find out if something is wrong with my order. This part could be improved. Otherwise I'm happy and definitely be back in the future.

Crazy fast shipping. By far the best price of anywhere. The thule bike rack we ordered was in stock, lowest price, easy checkout process, and the company really appears to run an organized, professional business. Very happy with the level of service. I'll start off saying that Autoplicity's prices are unbeatable...but, I placed my order on a Saturday night (which I know is the weekend)on a in stock part and it took them till the following Thursday to ship it out. I use my truck to make a living and was hoping to get it a little quicker, but now I'm down another 3-4 days till the part gets here. Also, I sent a e-mail on Tuesday evening regaurding my order and never got a response.

I use Google to search for my parts using the part number of the item. Autoplicity was the lowest priced including shipping costs. I was pleasantly suprised when I was able to Save 25% off shipping with code: 25OffShipping. And now an additional $5 off. I really received a great deal on this item. I will definately shop again....
