So far, so good. More after receipt of product and installation. As it turned out, I ordered the wrong window kit, which is completely my fault, so I will have to pay return shipping and there will be a restock fee. Customer service dealt with my issue

I would also like to say that my order was out of stock a day before I ordered. Even so, my springs will be here shortly.
