Manley titanium valves feature forged one-piece construction with grain flow rather than a welded head-to-stem design, ensuring superior strength and reliability. Each valve is meticulously machined in state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders to maintain exacting tolerances. The micro-polished surface finish eliminates potential stress risers and increases fatigue strength, making these valves ideal for demanding racing and high-performance applications.

Performance Benefits:

• Significant weight reduction compared to steel valves improves valve train efficiency
• Optimized for high-RPM and extended high-RPM applications
• Enhanced airflow characteristics for increased horsepower
• Superior fatigue strength and durability under extreme conditions
• CrN coating provides high hardness and lubricity to prevent valve seat wear

Compatible with Manley valve locks P/N 13098-16 (7°) or 13153-16 (10°) depending on spring and retainer choice. Each valve undergoes rigorous final inspection to ensure uncompromising quality and performance.
