Manley 11944TB-8 Titanium Intake Valve 2.300" +.100 Oversize

Engineered for high-performance and racing applications, these valves are manufactured from aerospace-grade titanium alloy, delivering exceptional strength-to-weight savings over conventional steel valves — a critical advantage in high-RPM race engines where valvetrain mass directly impacts performance.

Key Features:

• Material: Aerospace-grade titanium alloy for maximum strength with minimum weight
• Head Diameter: 2.300 inches
• Stem Size: +.100 inch oversize for use with oversized valve guides or guide liners
• Finish: Precision-machined for accurate seating and optimal sealing
• Weight Reduction: Significantly lighter than OEM steel valves, reducing valvetrain inertia
• High-Temperature Performance: Titanium construction withstands extreme combustion temperatures
• Application: Designed for racing, high-performance street, and competition engine builds

Manley Performance has been a trusted name in high-performance engine components for decades. The +.100 oversize stem designation makes these valves ideal for engines that have had their valve guides bored oversize to restore proper clearances during a rebuild. As with all Manley titanium valves, the use of a titanium valve stem lubricant or coating is strongly recommended to prevent galling in the valve guide.
