Manley 11438TB-8 Titanium Intake Valve 2.150" +.600"

These valves feature a 2.150" head diameter with .600" extended length over stock height, making them ideal for custom cylinder head applications requiring additional valve length.

Key Features:

• Forged one-piece construction with grain flow, not a head welded to a stem
• Micro-polish process renders a jewel-like surface finish that eliminates potential stress risers and increases fatigue strength
• Premium titanium alloys providing the best balance of mechanical properties, hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength
• Machined in state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders to exacting tolerances
• Bead Loc groove design for secure valve lock retention
• .3415" stem diameter for precise valve guide fitment

The lightweight titanium design reduces overall valvetrain mass, allowing for quicker valve action and increased throttle response, making these valves perfect for drag racing, road racing, and high-performance street applications. The +.600" extended length makes these valves suitable for highly modified cylinder heads or applications requiring custom valve lengths. All Manley titanium valves are manufactured to strict quality control standards and undergo rigorous final inspection to ensure they meet exacting specifications.
