Product Details

The Wiseco Pistons 28.2423-2 ProX titanium intake valve delivers superior strength and durability for high-performance four-stroke engines. Engineered from a single-piece forging process, this valve offers greater reliability than stock OEM titanium valves, making it ideal for demanding racing and off-road applications.

Advanced Materials and Coating:

  • Constructed from Ti3Al titanium alloy for exceptional performance under extreme temperatures
  • CrN (Chromium Nitride) coating provides enhanced surface hardness and reduced friction between valve and guide
  • One-piece forged design eliminates weak points and improves overall valve integrity

Specifications:

  • Valve Head Diameter: 27.00mm
  • Overall Length: 76.30mm
  • Stem Diameter: 4.50mm
  • Location: Intake
  • Quantity: 1 valve per kit

This ProX titanium intake valve is designed for Yamaha YZ450F, WR450F, YFZ450, YFZ450R, and Gas Gas EC450F models. The lightweight titanium construction reduces reciprocating mass while maintaining excellent heat dissipation properties, contributing to improved engine response and longevity.
