Wiseco ProX Titanium Intake Valve

The Wiseco ProX Titanium Intake Valve line gives powersports engine builders a lightweight, high-strength replacement intake valve for four-stroke rebuilds and performance builds. Titanium intake valves, also called Ti intake valves or single valves, are a core part of the valvetrain. They open and close to let the air-fuel charge into the cylinder.

Key Features:

• Titanium construction: made from premium titanium for low reciprocating mass and good durability at high temperature
• One-piece forged design: offers high strength and fatigue resistance
• Protective coating: a hard surface treatment (chromium nitride or similar CVD/CNI coating) resists wear, reduces friction between valve and guide, and helps resist heat
• Precision manufacturing: machined to tight tolerances and quality inspected for a precise fit and reliable function
• Drop-in design: engineered to install without piston or head modifications, and designed to work with stock springs and valvetrain

Wiseco has long experience with powersports valvetrain components. Titanium valves are a popular upgrade or replacement for engines that come with titanium valves from the factory. They help restore, and in many cases improve, the engine's response and durability.
