Product Details

The COMP Cams 4813-8 valve spring shim set is designed to provide precise valve spring height adjustment for performance engine builds. These hardened steel shims allow engine builders to fine-tune installed spring height, ensuring optimal valve spring pressure and proper valve train geometry.

Key Features:

  • Hardened steel construction for durability and resistance to compression
  • Enables precise valve spring height adjustment
  • Helps achieve proper installed spring height and seat pressure
  • Essential for custom valve train setups and performance applications
  • Compatible with most valve spring configurations

Proper valve spring shimming is critical when using aftermarket camshafts, cylinder heads, or valve train components. These shims compensate for variations in block deck height, head milling, and component tolerances to achieve the manufacturer's recommended installed spring height.

Fast shipping products exactly as described would definitely shop with again

Shipping was fast and received tires in a couple of days. Great prices also.

Ordered a tire and received a tire. Took a couple days after shipping tag was created for it to actually ship, but it was a holiday week. Came pretty quick after the FedEx tracking was updated.

No issues

Ordering process was smooth as silk!

Really painless transaction. My item arrived essentially on time (a slight delay from the estimated delivery date - but THM was all over it, touching base with updates before I even had to reach out). My order arrived in working order and packaged well. I will definitely order from them again!

thankyou

All good thank u.
