Wiseco WPPF041 Piston Pin Bore File Engine Assembly Tool

The Wiseco WPPF041 Piston Pin File is a professional-grade hand tool designed for engine builders who demand precise piston pin bore fitment during assembly. This specialty file allows machinists and builders to deburr, lightly dress, and fine-tune piston pin bores, ensuring smooth piston pin installation and optimal pin-to-bore clearance without the risk of damage to the piston.

Proper piston pin bore preparation is a critical step in any high-performance engine build. Even minor burrs or surface irregularities in the pin bore can lead to improper pin fit, increased friction, or premature wear. The WPPF041 gives builders the precision control needed to achieve a clean, correctly fitted bore every time.
