Product Details

The HPS Performance Products AT60-250-CLR-4 is a precision-bent 60-degree aluminum elbow tube designed for custom fabrication projects across automotive, marine, industrial, and aerospace applications. Constructed from high-quality 6061-T6 aluminum, this mandrel-bent tubing maintains consistent wall thickness and smooth internal flow characteristics throughout the bend.

Key Specifications:

  • 60-degree bend angle with 4-inch centerline radius (CLR)
  • 2.5-inch (63mm) outside diameter
  • 16-gauge wall thickness (1.65mm) for strength and durability
  • 6-inch straight leg length on each side of the bend
  • 6061-T6 aluminum construction for excellent corrosion resistance
  • Large radius design for improved airflow and reduced turbulence

This aluminum elbow tube is ideal for DIY air intake systems, custom cooling system routing, turbo intercooler piping, and other performance applications where precise bends and reliable flow are essential. The 6061-T6 aluminum alloy provides an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and can be welded or polished to suit your project needs.
