Manley 11470TB-8 Titanium Intake Valves 2.125in Head +.600 Long

Key Features:

• Titanium Construction: Significant weight reduction over stainless steel valves, reducing valvetrain inertia for improved high-RPM performance and engine efficiency
• One-Piece Forged Design: Forged with directional grain flow throughout — not a head welded to a stem — for superior structural integrity and fatigue resistance
• Micro-Polished Finish: Each valve is micro-polished to eliminate stress risers and maximize fatigue strength
• Extended Length (+0.600"): 0.600 inches longer than stock installed height to accommodate custom head and block configurations
• Head Diameter: 2.125 in.
• Stem Diameter: 0.3415 in. (11/32")
• Keeper Groove: Square groove (Bead Loc compatible)
• Rigorous Quality Control: Every valve undergoes final inspection to ensure tight tolerances and consistent performance

Manley titanium intake valves are the preferred choice for serious racing and high-performance builds where reducing reciprocating mass is critical. The premium titanium alloy used provides the optimal balance of hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength across a wide temperature range. Note: This is a special-order, non-returnable item.
