Manley 11460TB-8 Titanium Intake Valves 2.150 in. +.600 Over Length

These valves are built to Manley's exacting standards for high-performance and racing applications.

Key Features:

• 2.150 in. Head Diameter – Large intake valve head for maximized airflow in high-performance cylinder heads
• +0.600 in. Over Standard Length – Extended overall length for use in applications with tall-deck blocks or custom valvetrain geometry
• 0.3415 in. Stem Diameter – Standard performance stem size compatible with common guide bore specifications
• One-Piece Forged Construction – Forged with grain flow for superior strength; no head-to-stem welds that create potential failure points
• Bead Loc® Keeper Groove (TB) – Designed for use with Manley Bead Loc® valve locks for a secure, positive lock in high-RPM applications
• Micro-Polished Finish – Jewel-like surface finish eliminates stress risers and enhances fatigue strength
• Premium Titanium Alloy – Engineered for an optimal balance of hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at elevated operating temperatures
• CNC Machined to Exacting Tolerances – Produced on state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders

Manley titanium intake valves significantly reduce valvetrain reciprocating mass compared to steel valves, enabling higher sustained RPM, improved throttle response, and compatibility with aggressive camshaft profiles. Each valve passes Manley's rigorous final inspection process to ensure consistent quality and reliability in race and high-performance street applications. Note: Guide clearances should always be verified, as Manley stem dimensions may differ from OEM or aftermarket head guide specifications.
