HKS 22999-AN004 Valve Spring Set High Performance

The HKS 22999-AN004 Valve Spring Set is engineered with stiffer spring rates specifically designed to complement HKS camshafts and high-performance valve train applications. These valve springs are precision-matched to handle the increased valve train dynamics that result from high-lift cam profiles and aggressive valve timing.

Key Features:

• Increased spring rates optimized for high-performance camshaft profiles
• Designed to prevent valve float at high RPM operation
• Eliminates coil bind risk with proper spring tension throughout lift range
• Advanced shot-peening process for enhanced surface durability
• Precision heat treatment ensures consistent spring rates over time
• Engineered to match the specific characteristics of HKS camshafts

When upgrading to high-lift camshafts, factory valve springs often cannot maintain proper valve control due to increased valve train speeds and greater lift requirements. The HKS 22999-AN004 valve spring set solves this problem by providing the necessary spring pressure to keep valves seated properly while preventing float during high-RPM operation. The rigorous manufacturing process, including shot-peening and heat treatment, ensures these springs maintain their performance characteristics even under demanding racing conditions.

Note: Set includes valve springs and valve stem seals for complete valve train refresh.
