The Supertech Performance VWEVI-1044SL is a precision-engineered engine valve built on over 20 years of motorsport manufacturing expertise. Developed in close collaboration with professional engine builders, this valve delivers the high flow rates, durability, and dimensional consistency demanded by performance and racing applications.

Material Options & Construction:

  • Stainless Steel (EV8 / 21-4N Alloy): One-piece forged construction for superior strength and long-term reliability. The EV8 alloy is used across most intake and exhaust applications, with additional alloys and heat treatments available for specialized builds.
  • Inconel 751 Nickel-Base Alloy: Selected for extreme-heat exhaust applications, including turbocharged and supercharged engines where standard stainless steel valves would be insufficient.

Protective Coatings:

  • Chrome Coating: A proven surface treatment widely used in high-performance valve applications for enhanced wear resistance.
  • Black Nitride Treatment: A surface-hardening process that produces a smoother finish than chrome, reducing friction between the valve stem and guide for improved durability and performance.

Sold individually — one valve per unit. Please order the exact quantity required for your engine build. For example, a 16-valve engine requires a quantity of 16.

And the price was $43 cheaper than any other site on the internet (including shipping).
