Supertech Performance brings over 20 years of manufacturing expertise to the SIVN-1016, a precision-engineered engine valve designed for demanding performance applications. Developed in close collaboration with professional engine builders, each valve undergoes intensive testing to ensure exceptional flow rates, long-term durability, and consistent quality.

Material Options:

  • Stainless Steel (One-Piece Forged): Manufactured primarily from EV8 (21-4N) alloy for superior strength and reliability. Additional alloys with specialized heat treatments are available for specific engine applications.
  • Inconel 751 Nickel Base Alloy: Designed for extreme-heat exhaust applications, including turbocharged and supercharged engines where standard materials fall short.

Protective Coatings:

  • Chrome Coating: A widely used finish in high-performance valve applications, providing excellent heat and wear resistance.
  • Black Nitride Treatment: A hardening surface treatment that delivers a smoother finish than chrome, reducing friction between the valve stem and guide for improved longevity and performance.

Sold individually — one valve per unit. Order the quantity that matches your engine's total valve count (e.g., order 16 for a 16-valve engine).
