Supertech Performance NEVN-1010 Intake/Exhaust Valve for Nissan KA24DE

The Supertech Performance NEVN-1010 is a high-performance engine valve engineered for the Nissan KA24DE engine, as found in the 240SX. Supertech draws on over 20 years of precision valve manufacturing experience, working alongside professional engine builders to deliver valves that meet the demands of both street and competition applications. These valves are sold individually (per valve) — order the exact quantity required for your build (e.g., quantity of 16 for a full KA24DE set).

Key Features:

• One-Piece Forged Construction: Valves are forged as a single piece for superior strength, structural integrity, and long-term reliability compared to multi-piece designs.
• EV8 (21-4N) Stainless Steel Alloy: Supertech primarily uses EV8 stainless steel for intake and exhaust valves — a high-chromium, high-manganese alloy known for excellent heat and corrosion resistance in high-performance applications.
• Optional Inconel 751 Material: Nickel-base Inconel 751 alloy is available for exhaust valves subjected to extreme temperatures, making it ideal for turbocharged or supercharged builds where exhaust heat is a critical concern.
• Chrome or Black Nitride Coating: Supertech offers two surface treatments — traditional Chrome Coating for proven wear resistance, or Black Nitride, a surface-hardening treatment that delivers a smoother finish than chrome, reducing friction between the valve stem and guide for improved longevity.
• High Flow Rate Design: Engineered to maximize airflow through the cylinder head, supporting improved engine breathing and power output.
• Continuous R&D: Intensive testing and ongoing collaboration with engine builders ensures consistent product improvements across all valve lines.

Supertech valves are a trusted choice among engine builders for naturally aspirated, turbocharged, and forced-induction builds. Whether refreshing a street engine or building a high-output KA24DE for track use, the NEVN-1010 delivers the precision and durability required for demanding applications.
