Product Details

The Supertech Performance HIVN-NSX-1 is a black nitrided, standard-size intake valve engineered for the Honda/Acura NSX C-series engine. Manufactured from forged Stainless Steel 21-4N (EV8), this one-piece valve delivers the high strength, superior flow, and long-term durability demanded by performance and racing applications.

Key Specifications:

  • Head Diameter: 36.00mm (Standard)
  • Stem Diameter: 5.48mm
  • Overall Length: 112.15mm
  • Material: Stainless Steel 21-4N (EV8)
  • Finish: Black Nitrided
  • Groove Type: Single Groove
  • Valve Type: Intake

Black Nitride Coating Advantages:

  • Minimum surface microhardness of 800HV — harder than standard chrome-stem valves
  • Smoother surface finish reduces friction between valve stem and guide
  • Coating is bonded at a microscopic level and will not flake or chip, even under impact
  • Applied to the entire valve, not just the stem like chrome coating

Supertech validates each design using state-of-the-art equipment including ultrasonic testing, X-ray inspection, laser measurement, and computerized Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Each valve is developed in close collaboration with professional engine builders to ensure continuous improvement in flow rate, reliability, and quality.

Sold individually — per valve. Order the quantity matching your engine's valve count.

I bought an Exedy Organic Clutch at the best price I could find. Shipping was also prompt. Legit dealer, good business.

Great deals at unbeatable prices!

Product was as described, shipping was fast, and communication was excellent. Plus I saved $$. Thanks Autoplicity! I'll be a repeat buyer and referral source.

Easy to find parts, fast checkout. I'll be back.

Found a Thule Vertex bike hitch on here for $50 cheaper than amazon. Extremely fast shipping. Definitely recommend purchasing from here.

Great prices, reasonable shipping costs. Shipped within 3 days of order. Didn't receive discount for valid coupon code (25OffShipping). No response to 2 emails. No indication of expected delivery date. Lots of unknowns but you can't beat the pricing.

I ordered a Thule 9002 Raceway Bike Carrier on Sunday, April 8 and received the product by Fedex on Wednesday, April 11 with just regular shipping. That is fast service. And the price was $43 cheaper than any other site on the internet (including shipping). I haven't had a chance to use the bike carrier yet but it appears to be new and as advertised with no issues as of this writing. I would definitely recommend this retailer for your next purchase. Order Number: 9111

Very fast shipping and appreciate email confirmations notifying me of shipment updates.
