Product Details

The Supertech Performance HIVN-1020F is a high-performance black nitrided intake valve engineered for Honda and Acura K-series engines. Manufactured from an enhanced grade of EV8 (21-4N) stainless steel, this one-piece forged valve delivers the strength and thermal fatigue resistance demanded by high-performance and high-compression applications.

Black Nitride Coating: This valve features a black nitride surface treatment applied to the entire valve — not just the stem. The nitriding process creates a hardened surface with a smoother finish than traditional chrome-coated valves, resulting in reduced friction between the valve stem and guide, extended service life, and improved reliability under sustained high-RPM use. The nitrided layer bonds at a microscopic level, eliminating the risk of flaking or chipping even under severe impact conditions.

Key Specifications:

  • Valve Type: Intake
  • Face Style: Flat
  • Head Diameter: 35.00mm (Standard)
  • Stem Diameter: 5.48mm
  • Overall Length: 108.85mm (4.285 in)
  • Material: EV8 (21-4N) Stainless Steel
  • Surface Treatment: Black Nitrided
  • Groove Type: Single Groove

Sold individually — per valve. Order the quantity equal to the total number of intake valves required for your engine build (e.g., order 8 for a full K-series intake valve replacement).

I bought an Exedy Organic Clutch at the best price I could find. Shipping was also prompt. Legit dealer, good business.

You guys beat all local auto part dealers in this area by far! I'm going to continue business with this company for a long time. Thank you very much for the savings!

Great deals at unbeatable prices!

Product was as described, shipping was fast, and communication was excellent. Plus I saved $$. Thanks Autoplicity! I'll be a repeat buyer and referral source.

Great prices, reasonable shipping costs. Shipped within 3 days of order. Didn't receive discount for valid coupon code (25OffShipping). No response to 2 emails. No indication of expected delivery date. Lots of unknowns but you can't beat the pricing.

This was my first order with Autoplicity. I was pleasantly surprised when my order showed up quickly and was exactly what I wanted. I will be buying from this company again. Thanks for the quick service and fair pricing.

SO HAPPY! I have to admit, I was hesitant because I had never heard of autoplicity and there wasn't item a picture up for the Thule T2 rack I bought, but wow am I happy. Autopliicity had it for $100 less than other sites and the shipper was Amazon prime fast!!! Definitely a happy customer!!!!

I ordered a Thule 9002 Raceway Bike Carrier on Sunday, April 8 and received the product by Fedex on Wednesday, April 11 with just regular shipping. That is fast service. And the price was $43 cheaper than any other site on the internet (including shipping). I haven't had a chance to use the bike carrier yet but it appears to be new and as advertised with no issues as of this writing. I would definitely recommend this retailer for your next purchase.
