Available Materials:

• Stainless Steel (EV8 / 21-4N): One-piece forged construction for superior strength and reliability. EV8 alloy is used for both intake and exhaust valves, with additional alloys and heat treatments available for specific high-demand applications.
• Inconel 751 Nickel Base Alloy: Designed for exhaust valves operating at extreme temperatures, making it the ideal choice for turbocharged and supercharged engine builds where heat management is critical.

Coating Options:

• Chrome Coating: A proven surface treatment widely used in performance valve applications for added durability and heat resistance.
• Black Nitride: A hardening treatment that produces a smoother surface finish than chrome, resulting in reduced friction between the valve stem and guide for improved performance and longevity.
