Supertech recognizes that every engine has unique requirements, which is why the HIVN-1000F is available in a range of materials and treatments suited to a variety of performance builds — from naturally aspirated street engines to forced-induction race applications.

Material Options:

• Stainless Steel (EV8 / 21-4N Alloy): One-piece forged construction for superior strength and reliability. Supertech primarily uses EV8 (21-4N) stainless alloy for both intake and exhaust valves, with additional alloy and heat treatment options available for specific applications.
• Inconel 751 Nickel-Base Alloy: Designed for exhaust valves operating under extreme heat conditions, such as those found in turbocharged or supercharged engines where standard stainless alloys may be insufficient.

Surface Coating Options:

• Chrome Coating: A widely used treatment in performance valve applications, providing enhanced surface hardness and wear resistance.
• Black Nitride Treatment: A surface-hardening process that creates a smoother finish than chrome, reducing friction between the valve stem and guide for improved longevity and performance.
