Supertech Performance HIVN-1000D High-Performance Engine Valve

Supertech Performance brings over 20 years of manufacturing expertise to their engine valve lineup, working alongside professional engine builders to continuously refine designs for maximum flow, durability, and reliability. The HIVN-1000D is engineered to meet the demands of high-performance and competition engines where standard OEM valves fall short.

Material Options:

• Stainless Steel (EV8 / 21-4N Alloy): One-piece forged construction for superior strength and long-term reliability. Supertech primarily uses EV8 (21-4N) stainless alloy for both intake and exhaust valves, with additional alloys and specialized heat treatments available for application-specific requirements.
• Inconel 751 Nickel-Base Alloy: Designed for extreme-heat exhaust applications, including turbocharged and supercharged engines where exhaust temperatures exceed the limits of standard stainless steel.

Protective Coatings:

• Chrome Coating: A widely adopted treatment in performance valves, providing a hard, wear-resistant surface finish.
• Black Nitride Coating: A surface-hardening treatment that produces a smoother finish than chrome, reducing friction between the valve stem and guide for improved longevity and performance.

Important Ordering Note: Supertech valves are sold individually (per valve). Please order the exact quantity required for your engine. For example, a 16-valve engine requires a quantity of 16.
