Supertech Performance brings over 20 years of manufacturing expertise to their engine valve lineup. Each valve is engineered through intensive testing and close collaboration with professional engine builders, resulting in continuous refinements that deliver exceptional flow rates, long-term durability, and consistent quality across every application.

Supertech recognizes that every engine has unique requirements, which is why their valves are available in multiple materials to suit a wide range of builds — from street performance to forced induction competition engines.

Available Materials:

• Stainless Steel (EV8 / 21-4N Alloy): One-piece forged construction for maximum strength and reliability. Supertech primarily uses EV8 (21-4N) steel for both intake and exhaust valves, with additional alloys and heat treatments available for application-specific demands.
• Inconel 751 Nickel-Base Alloy: Designed for exhaust valves subjected to extreme heat, such as those found in turbocharged or supercharged applications where standard stainless steel may not suffice.

Protective Coatings:

• Chrome Coating: A widely adopted finish in performance valve applications, providing a hard, wear-resistant surface.
• Black Nitride Treatment: A hardening process that produces a smoother surface than chrome, reducing friction between the valve stem and guide for improved longevity and performance.
