Supertech Performance brings over 20 years of precision manufacturing experience to their engine valve lineup. Developed through intensive testing and close collaboration with professional engine builders, the HEVN-1020D delivers exceptional flow rates, long-term durability, and consistent quality for demanding performance applications.

Construction & Materials:

• Stainless Steel (EV8 / 21-4N Alloy): One-piece forged construction for maximum strength and reliability. Supertech primarily uses EV8 (21-4N) alloy for both intake and exhaust valves, with additional alloys and heat treatments available for application-specific requirements.
• Inconel 751 Nickel-Base Alloy: Used for exhaust valves operating under extreme heat conditions, such as those found in turbocharged or supercharged engines where standard stainless steel is insufficient.

Coating Options:

• Chrome Coating: A widely adopted finish in performance valve applications, providing a hard, protective surface layer.
• Black Nitride Treatment: A surface-hardening process that produces a smoother finish than chrome, reducing friction between the valve stem and guide for improved longevity and performance.
