Material Options:

• Stainless Steel (EV8 / 21-4N Alloy): One-piece forged construction for maximum strength and reliability. Supertech primarily uses EV8 (21-4N) stainless alloy for both intake and exhaust valves, with application-specific alloys and heat treatments also available.
• Inconel 751 Nickel-Base Alloy: Designed for exhaust valves operating under extreme heat conditions, including turbocharged and supercharged applications where standard stainless steels may be insufficient.

Coating Technologies:

• Chrome Coating: A widely used treatment in performance valve applications, offering enhanced surface hardness and wear resistance.
• Black Nitride Coating: A surface hardening treatment that produces a smoother finish than chrome, reducing friction between the valve stem and guide for improved longevity and performance.
