Construction & Materials:

• One-Piece Forged Stainless Steel — Manufactured primarily from EV8 (21-4N) alloy for both intake and exhaust applications, providing exceptional strength and long-term reliability. Additional alloys with specialized heat treatments are available for specific engine applications.
• Inconel 751 Nickel-Base Alloy — Used for exhaust valves operating under extreme heat conditions, including turbocharged and supercharged applications where standard materials fall short.

Surface Coating Options:

• Chrome Coating — A widely used treatment in performance valve applications, offering excellent hardness and wear resistance.
• Black Nitride Treatment — A hardening process that produces a smoother surface finish than chrome, reducing friction between the valve stem and guide for improved longevity and performance.
