Supertech recognizes that every engine has unique requirements, which is why their valves are available in multiple material options to suit a wide range of builds:

Material Options:

• Stainless Steel (EV8 / 21-4N Alloy): One-piece forged construction for maximum strength and reliability. EV8 (21-4N) alloy is used for both intake and exhaust valves, with additional alloys and heat treatments available for specific high-demand applications.
• Inconel 751 Nickel-Base Alloy: Used for exhaust valves subjected to extreme temperatures, making it the ideal choice for turbocharged and supercharged engine builds where heat is a critical concern.

Coating Technologies:

• Chrome Coating: A widely used finish in performance valve applications, providing enhanced surface hardness and wear resistance.
• Black Nitride Treatment: A hardening process that produces a smoother surface than traditional chrome, reducing friction between the valve stem and guide for improved longevity and performance.
