HKS 22001-AN001 Valve Spring Set High Performance

The HKS 22001-AN001 Valve Spring Set features precision-engineered valve springs designed to handle the increased demands of high-performance camshafts. These stiffer springs are specifically matched to work with HKS camshafts, optimizing valve train dynamics when running aggressive cam profiles with greater lift.

Key Features:

• Engineered spring rates precisely matched to HKS camshaft characteristics
• Stringent shot-peening process for enhanced surface durability
• Heat-treated construction for consistent spring rates over time
• Reduces risk of valve float in high-revving applications
• Minimizes coil-bind potential during aggressive valve operation
• Maintains proper valve train control with high-lift cam profiles

When upgrading to a high-lift camshaft, stock valve springs cannot adequately control the increased valve train movement, leading to potential performance loss and engine damage. The HKS valve spring set solves this problem by providing the necessary spring pressure to keep valves under control throughout the entire RPM range, making them essential for any serious performance engine build.
