Product Details

Built from premium forged 4340 vacuum degassed steel alloy, these rods deliver an outstanding combination of lightweight design and high-strength durability for serious performance and racing applications.

Key Features:

  • Pro Series I-Beam Design — fully machined construction engineered for precision fitment and consistent performance
  • 4340 Forged Steel Construction — aircraft-quality alloy provides exceptional tensile strength and fatigue resistance
  • Tour Lite Weight Class — reduced reciprocating mass for improved high-RPM response and engine efficiency
  • NHRA Legal — certified for Stock and Super Stock racing categories (verify specific SKU compliance)
  • 5.700" Center-to-Center Length — correct fitment for standard Small Block Chevrolet applications

Manley Performance has been a benchmark supplier of high-performance internal engine components since 1966, with their Pro Series I-Beam connecting rods earning a reputation as the standard for fully machined, billet-style rods in the performance industry. The Tour Lite design targets engines where minimizing rotating and reciprocating mass is a priority without sacrificing the strength required for forced induction or high-horsepower naturally aspirated builds.
