The Manley 11235-8 Severe Duty Series intake valves are engineered for high-performance and race engine applications where durability and precise flow characteristics are critical. Constructed from NK-844 stainless steel with a chrome-plated stem and hardened tip, these valves are built to withstand the extreme heat and stress of forced induction, high-RPM, and competition environments.

Each valve is swirl polished and fully machined for superior surface finish and consistent performance. The straight stem design contributes to increased durability, while the 10-degree underhead angle combined with a 3/8 in. radius promotes optimized flow at the seat. The 7-degree dish top-of-head profile and precise margin and seat width dimensions ensure reliable sealing and long service life.
